Sales Terms

Our company offers customers the most favorable sales conditions and collaborates with flexible policies.

Direct Purchase

Purchasing equipment by paying the full amount upfront has the advantage of avoiding additional charges related to time constraints.

Rental Terms

Equipment can be used based on monthly payments according to its value, with the option to return it after a specified period.

Lease-to-Own

Initially, customers can use the equipment under rental terms, and after a certain period, they can purchase the equipment by deducting a portion of the previously paid rental amount from the total purchase price.

We offer a wide range of LIEBHERR brand equipment, suitable for the harshest natural, climatic, and environmental conditions in Mongolia, with various sizes and capacities to meet our clients' needs.

Gobi Branch

To bring our products and services closer to our clients, we established the Gobi Branch in 2011, located 14 km from the center of Tsogttsetsii sum, 4 km from Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi mine, and 20 km from Ukhaa Hudag mine.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

With the rapid development and expansion of the mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors in recent years, the number of our clients continues to grow annually. Our company is committed to providing services that meet the needs, requirements, and expectations of our clients. We maintain close relationships with major organizations operating in Mongolia, including Erdenet Mining Corporation LLC, Oyu Tolgoi LLC, Energy Resources LLC, Mo En Co LLC, TTJVC LLC, and Ilt Gold, among others.

Operational Objectives

Over the past 10 years, our company has extracted a total of 94.7 million cubic meters of overburden, with 44% from the East Tsankhi mine, 21% from the Khoshoot coal mine, and 35% from the West Tsankhi mine. We have made a significant contribution to the coal export market. In the next three years, we aim to increase our current operational capacity and set a target to expand our overburden removal work to 60 million cubic meters per year.

Technical Capacity

Our company operates with a total of 18 excavators, capable of removing 40 million cubic meters of overburden annually. We also utilize 54 dump trucks with a combined capacity of 26 million cubic meters for transporting rock, along with 45 auxiliary machines and equipment. This comprehensive fleet supports our mining operations effectively.

Overburden Removal Projects

- Since 2014: Overburden removal for Khoshoot coal mine in Khovd Province, commissioned by Mo En Co LLC.
- 2015-2018: Overburden removal at the East Tsankhi mine of the Tavan Tolgoi deposit in Umnugovi Province, commissioned by TTJVC LLC.
- Since 2018: Overburden removal at the West Tsankhi mine of the Tavan Tolgoi deposit in Umnugovi Province, commissioned by Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC.

Mine Infrastructure:

As part of the Tavan Tolgoi project, we have developed the following infrastructure
- A repair facility equipped to meet the requirements for heavy machinery maintenance.
- A fuel storage and distribution facility.
- A facility for centralized collection of used oils.
- A waste incineration facility.
- A residential complex for employee accommodation.
- Office buildings, a medical facility, and a training center.
As part of the Khoshoot project, we have established the following infrastructure
- A rest facility with a capacity of 200 employees
- A maintenance workshop building
