BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Since 2012, Monnis Group's LIEBHERR mining equipment service center has operated under the name Monnis Service Support LLC. We provide maintenance services, spare parts, and material supply for heavy machinery and equipment. Our team of over 240 professionals implements world-class knowledge, skills, and standards, proudly representing the LIEBHERR brand.

Operational Objectives

Technical Capacity

Since 2015, Monnis Group has been engaged in overburden removal at the East and West Tsankhi mines of Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi. During this period, we have removed approximately 65 million cubic meters of overburden, averaging 2 million cubic meters per month. Our company operates with over 60 heavy machinery units and employs more than 240 staff members. This project holds significant social and economic importance for Mongolia.

Crane and Lifting Equipment Maintenance Team - Oyu Tolgoi Site

In November 2013, we began providing long-term maintenance and inspection services for cranes and lifting equipment used in the Oyu Tolgoi project. This contract involves servicing 530 cranes and other lifting equipment utilized on-site.

Construction Project at Oyu Tolgoi Mine

During the construction of the mine dry building, Monnis Company completed 25,000 cubic meters of earthworks and fully executed 32,884 square meters of area preparation. We installed over 1,500 tons of steel structures and used cranes of types LR 1300, LTM 1100, LTM 1050, LTM 1030, and LTR1100 to lift 1,206 modules for roof sandwich panel installation. Our service technicians successfully managed preventive maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring technical readiness throughout the project. The lifting team played a crucial role in significant lifting operations during the project.

Oyut 2 Building Project at Oyu Tolgoi mine site

For lifting 1,206 modules, cranes of types LR 1300, LTM 1100, LTM 1050, LTM 1030, and LTR1100 were utilized. Our service technicians effectively conducted preventive maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring technical readiness throughout the project. The lifting team played a critical role in significant lifting operations during the project.

Assembly Team

Since its inception, our assembly team has been assembling Liebherr machines according to Liebherr standards. Our professional assembly team is responsible for assembling mining equipment on-site, disassembling, and performing after-sales service and maintenance. Recently, we completed the assembly of a new T264 dump truck with a 240-ton capacity at the Gobi Branch installation site.

Equipment Supply

- Since 2007, Monnis Company has supplied Liebherr R994B hydraulic excavators to South Gobi Sands LLC (SGS). Since the initial transaction, we have delivered over 40 mining excavators and trucks.
- In 2010, Monnis Company began collaborating with Energy Resources LLC, supplying Liebherr hydraulic excavators and other earthmoving equipment to the Ukhaa Hudag mining site.
