KEY PROJECTS

2011

Nariinsukhait - Shiveekhuren Road

On October 26, 2011, NTB LLC signed a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) concession agreement with the State Property Committee for the construction of a paved road from Nariinsukhait to Shiveekhuren under the Government of Mongolia's decree No. 262 of 2011.

2012 - 2014

Nariinsukhait - Shiveekhuren Road

Successfully served as the general contractor for Mongolia’s first heavy-duty cement-concrete paved road, bringing it into operation.

2021

Gurvansaihan Airport

Conducted major repairs on the runway at Gurvansaihan Airport.

2015 - 2025

Nariinsukhait - Shiveekhuren Road

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and traffic safety oversight of the road.

2022

Ger District Redevelopment

Completed external road works for the Mandakh Naran residential complex.

2024

Shiveekhuren Railway

Performing construction work on the road from the planned junction to the loading and unloading area for the railway project, connecting to the cement-concrete paved road from Shiveekhuren to Nariinsukhait.
