Monnis Urban Development has been awarded a multi-year contract to carry out urban development and construction works under the Ger district re-development and housing project, implemented jointly by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development and the Ulaanbaatar City Council. In June 2013, we have successfully commenced the urban planning, as well as the architectural, civil and municipal engineering design of the proposed area at the 14th micro-district of Bayanzurkh District.

The project will encompass construction of affordable apartments for 2,000 households, kindergartens with a capacity of 250 children, commercial facilities covering an area of 7’000 m2 and 5,200 m2 office buildings.

We sincerely hope that by re-developing and constructing a brand new apartment complex and affordable housing at 14th micro district, we shall not only help eliminate Ulaanbaatar city air pollution and soil contamination, but we shall also make a remarkable difference to the lifestyle and living standards of the people in the community by creating safe, comfortable and healthy environment.
