At the corner of the year, Monnis has rewarded best employees who are recognized by their leadership role and excellent work performance.

10 best employees, evaluated by their co-workers, received the reward from General Director of the company to go on a vacation to Hainan Island respectively.

The reward for best employees demonstrates that Monnis promotes honorably its employees who make their contribution for the company.

Monnis decided to keep reward for best employees every year which encourages over 1000 employees to increase their work performance in order to take opportunity to be rewarded in next years.  

Drawing best employees was fair because employees such as; engineers, technicians, accountants and clerk who has been working continuously since the establishment of the company.

We hope that our best employees will have good rest in Hainan and have full of energy to accomplish their work purpose in 2011.
