Мonnis Group contributes to re-planning of ger districts
The Capital City Council of Citizen Representatives, has initiated a huge project to re-plan and re-build existing ger districts at 7 locations. The project comprises construction of 12 microdistricts along with its social infrastructure,Monnis International LLC has been chosen to be a member of a group of companies which is assigned to build housing in Bayanzurkh District, at 13 and 14th khoroos located north to Narantuul market place.
As citizen support for the initiative is key to success of the project, Monnis International project team has worked on site to educate the dwellers of the proposed works. So far, 99% of citizens of these khoroos are backing the plan.
By constructing complexes of apartment buildings at existing ger districts we are not only providing life in safe, comfortable, modern flats, but by doing so, we will also help resolve the pressing issue of air pollution and contamination of the soil that poses serious risk to health of the dwellers.
