ULAANBAATAR-(February 1)-Opening of the 16th Premier Basketball league, from Mongolian Basketball Association, was held in Sport’s Central Palace.

Monnis has been demonstrating its commitment  as a sponsorship for Premier Basketball League and agreed  to  launch it under name of Nissan Brand.

This year, altogether eight teams such as Bridge, Bayanzurkh Bulls, Avatar, TLG-13, Officers, Energy resource, Khartsaga, Khasiin Khulguud, Panther and Sea-lawyers teams are competing in the league.

The 16^th Nissan Premier league has opened a new page in the history of Mongolian Basketball and hits the record that 8 teams with over 100 players will compete in this league for the first time.  

Additionally, numbers of Ligonier players are participating for Nissan Premier league such as; two players from USA league are included in “Avatar” team. It is obvious that quality of the premier league of this year will be improved a lot than previous years.  

Monnis Group actively contributes to the development of the team sports and supports youths to stay healthy and well. We are happy to promote basketball sport in Mongolia which develops qualified players who will raise the name of Mongolia in near future in the world sport arena.
