The 42nd Tokyo Motor Show 2011 ran for ten days from December 2 to December 11 in Tokyo, Japan.Delegates from Monnis Motors visited to Tokyo Motor Show and looked over 53 world premiere car models with cutting edge technology.
The Tokyo Motor Show was fitting as an international show with the participation of all 21 companies and 25 brands (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, Carrozzeria) from abroad. The total number of visitors amounted to 842,600, a significant increase of 37% compared to the previous 41st show of 2009.
Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., presented a selection of new production vehicles, prototypes and three concept cars at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show.
Highlights of the show include:
- Three concept EVs: PIVO 3, a smart urban EV of the near future; ESFLOW, a pure EV sports car; and TOWNPOD, a cross-genre EV for business or leisure
- Smart House of the Future: Enables electricity supply from Nissan LEAF, solar panels and fuel cells
- Next-generation light commercial van prototype: All-new NV350, delivering improved convenience and styling
- Special advanced technology exhibit displaying Nissan's latest innovations in zero emission mobility and safety.
Also, delegates from Monnis Motors visited to Nissan Shatai factory which produces Nissan Patrol SUV. Factory employees acclaimed Mongolian delegates and introduced all procedures of factory production.
Nissan Shatai factory is a man-made factory for production Patrol Y61 model and it sends vehicles directly to dealers around the world. It was pleasure that factory employees placed Mongolian flag on just produced Patrol which will send directly to Mongolia.
