A nationwide “Mongolia Dream Team” basketball competition between teenagers, sponsored by the Monnis Group, Liebherr and Nissan brands, has successfully come to an end.More than 300,000 students from over 750 schools of all provinces, soums, and districts took part in this competition. The organizers granted the winner the right to watch the NBA in the US. On 22 April after a week of severe struggle between the teams, the initiator of this competition, S. Batbold, the Prime Minister and sponsors of the event handed over the award.
In a sense that this competition was organized for the first time in our motherland and that participants were youngsters, this event that stretched out for 5 months was full of pure rivalry and packed with positive energy.
We were pleased to learn that a resolution to conduct this competition once in two years was passed.
