As the number of automobile consumers considerably grow in China with each coming year, manufacturers of all types of vehicles including those who produce a limited number of luxury cars, incorporate in the country and produce automobiles exclusively for this market. Building on this huge market and for the 12th time, the Beijing Motor Show opened its doors to visitors between 25 April and 2 May. The growing number of manufacturers and guests reveal the expanding coverage of this fair.Manufacturers from 14 countries displayed more than 2000 models at this event, at the China International Fair Centre. Per the quotations made during the last day of the event, an estimated 800,000 people have visited this fair.

Another proof of the show gaining in importance was participation of prominent figures such as Carlos Ghosn, President of the Nissan Renault Alliance, Dieter Zetsche, Chair of Mercedes Benz, and CEO’s of Jaguar, Ford, Maserati, in person at the opening ceremony.

Carlos Ghosn personally introduced Nissan, Infiniti and Renault brands during Auto Show.

This time Nissan Motor introduced new models of his GTR, Teana, Sylphy, Sunny, Tiida, NV200 and Pivo 3.

The main objective of Nissan Motor was to advertise their “Zero Emission” eco friendly automobiles.

All types displayed at the fair, including NV200 taxis driven in New York, had a sign “Pure Drive” (which means environmentally friendly) on each of them.

Infiniti introduced new models of M37, FX35, Emerge-E concept, a model which recently excited the whole world, EX35, G35 convertible, and F-1 champions with Infiniti motors driven by the Red Bull team. They used their brand colors, blue and pink, when decorating the stages, the cars and the lights, this helped distinguish them from other manufacturers and to express luxuriousness of their products.
