Nisssan Tour 2012 team hits the road
After the majestic Naadam holidays, the national holidays of Моngols, Nissan Tour team hit the roads towards Umnugobi province.
The distinguishing feature of this Nissan Tour event is that only Nissan 4x4 automobiles attend this rally. In addition to challenging the power of Nissan four wheel drive jeeps on off roads, the purpose of these tours is to bringing to the TV watchers, the beauty of the Gobi desert.
Pridely shown off in the world as “Mongolian”, is the Gobi desert with its mirages, golden sand dunes and flocks of majestic camels. While two years ago, “Nissan Tour” team challenged the power of its vehicles to reach the northern spot of the country, this time the team will head south to stamp the most southern spot of the country with the wheels of their jeeps.
During the first four rallies, we have gained a lot of experience, while riding through mountains, rivers, high mountain passes, clay and swamps, and rocky terraines. It is to say, that this time we will definitely face completely new challenges driving through the land of ancient dinosaurs and a nature of breathtaking beauty.
As during previous tours, the organizer of the event, Monnis Motors will fund purchase of gasoline and the costs of maintenance services. The team will take off on 15 July 2012, and intend to return after 11 days of an off road journey to southern lands.
The golden glimpses of this tour will be caught in cameras and broadcast by the workers of TV5, the first Mongolian internet TV channel. Hence, the team to take a journey to help foster local tourism and improve public knowledge of beautiful natural sights and historical places hit the roads.
