Since 2007, for the 6^th consequent year, Monnis International is announcing the Future Leader scholarship program. Within the company’s human resources policy, by implementing this program we are looking at weighing up the performance of the best students, strengthening their will to continue their education, to help train and graduate employees with adequate skills and expertise.
   
The students studying for a Bachelor degree at certified Mongolian universities are eligible toapplyfor theFuture Leaders scholarship. The scholarships shall be granted to students who have managed to show good performance during two consequent years.    
 
In 2007 and 2008, 30 students of 1-4 classes from urban and rural universities received this grant. We provided an opportunity to 15 students of the 3-4 classes to do practical training at the company, 11 out of these 15 students have successfully graduated from their schools and 5 of them became full-time employees of the company.
