Future Leaders: The Best 20 Students to be selected soon
The 2nd stage of the Future Leaders scholarship program evaluation process, initiated by Monnis Group in 2007, has been completed.
In accordance with the pre-conditions set in the program, 60 out of more than 400 students, who submitted for this project, have been selected to compete on the further stage.A ceremony to determine the best 20 students to be covered by the scholarships, was organized yesterday, 8 October. The Future Leaders program require that students to be covered by the scholarship have a minimum of 3.5 GPA.
The majority of 60 students selected in the second round had an average GPA of 3.8 to 4, received from top universities such as the National University of Mongolia, Mongolian University of Science and Technology, Institute of Finance and Economics, and Mongolian State University of Agriculture.
The students made presentations on the essays called “My Future Goals” and shared their insights on the activities they intended to implement once the scholarship was awarded.
The ceremony when the best of best leading 20 students will be officially announced and a document certifying 100% scholarship shall be granted, shall be held on 19 October.
Monnis Group provided an opportunity to these 60 students to do practical application of the diploma and if interested, to get a job with the company on graduation.
Since 2007, more than 100 students who participated the Future Leader Program, were employed by the company. In this sense, this program is a huge investment to the youth starting their own working lives.
