In conjunction with the government’s announcement of the “Year of Employment” and its program on “Development of National Skilled Workers”, Monnis Group has organized a study tour to cover more than 3,600 students of Vocational Training Centres, located at rural cities of the country.On one hand, the main objective was to get the participants acquainted with the activities of the top 40 national companies and cultivate the wisdom that drive and determination towards being engaged in any work always bear fruits. On the other hand, by organizing this initiative we were looking at raising awareness of the general public on the activities and the success stories of these major companies/employers.

As Monnis Group is considered to be one of top employers of the country, it has committed to take active part in this initiative. On 4 April 2013, we have hosted a group of students at the Liebherr repair/maintenance centre.

A one-day event started with introduction to Monnis Group, it’s subsidiaries, lectures on the strategy, HR policies, work safety regulations, etc. Later on, the group visited the spare parts warehouse, premises for work and training of staff, we have shown equipment and machinery supplied for the mining industry and provided on-site demonstration of diagnosis and repair of the machines and vehicles.
