In line with his strategy for 2012-2016, and announcement of 2013 as the “Year of Supporting Employment”, the Government of Mongolia, within the program “Training of National Qualified Workers”, has organized study tours covering more than 3,600 students which study at Vocational Training Centres throughout Mongolia.By doing so, the government looked at raising awareness of these students and of the general public of the history and activities conducted by top companies/employers, from one hand, and bringing into the light endeavors of leading 40 entities and advertising the advantageous side of being employed, from the other hand.

As one of leading employers of the country, MONNIS GROUP took active part in this government endeavor and on 4 April 2013, in order to introduce the company, we organized a study tour to Liebherr Centre.

At the beginning of this one-day tour, participants have been given a chance to learn more about the history of establishment and development of all companies which comprise the Group, about their aspirations and strategies, human resources management, work safety procedures, etc.

During the second part of the tour, the participants visited spare parts warehouse, show room and parking where equipment and machinery for use on mining and construction sites are displayed, and attended introduction to repair, maintenance services processes.
