In 2012, Monnis Properties, in cooperation with the National Emergency Management Agency, has successfully organized a training on “Emergency rescue measures and delivery of first aid during natural disasters, earthquakes, and prevention of fire/blazes”, at Monnis Tower building.Consequently, between June 11 and 13, in collaboration with the National Emergency Management Department ,14th Fire Department Unit, Police Department of Khan-Uul District, as well as the 10th Fire Department Unit of Sukhbaatar District and the Red Cross Committee, a similar to above training covering a wider range of audiences and focusing mainly on tactics used during blazes, has been conducted at Monnis Building company premises.
All out of over 270 employees and officers who reside at this building, has been covered by this training. By organizing these trainings, we have looked at one hand, educating employees on organizational measures, on cooperation and coordination between the building operators and emergency management and fire units, on providing first aid and on making known the emergency exits, points for gathering, the structure of the building, and on the other hand, we sincerely trusted that this event could become a precedent for companies involved in similar to us businesses.
