The Capital City Council of Citizen Representatives (CCC) has initiated a huge project to re-plan and re-build existing ger districts at seven separate locations.The project comprises construction of 12 new micro-districts that would include commercial services and social infrastructure.

Monnis International LLC has been chosen to be a member of a group of companies to which the CCC has assigned construction of housing complexes in Bayanzurkh District, at 13 and 14th khoroos located to the north of Narantuul market place.

As citizen support for the initiative is key to success of the project, Monnis International project team has worked on site to raise awareness of the dwellers of the proposed works to be implemented within this project.

As a result, at this moment, some 98% of khoroos’ citizens are backing the plan.

By constructing complexes of apartment buildings at existing ger districts we are not only providing life in safe, comfortable, modern flats, but by doing so, we are also helping resolve the pressing issue of air pollution and soil contamination, that poses serious risks to health and wellbeing of the Capital city dwellers. .
