A long-term partnership agreement sealed between Monnis Construction Equipment llc and Oyu Tolgoi project staf
On 01 November 2013, MCE LLC has signed a long-term contract on supply of repair and maintenance services for cranes and other lifting equipment utilized at Oyu Tolgoi Project.On 03 November, Oyu Tolgoi Project “Gobi” repair/services division and MCE LLC staff has organized a barbeque party at Oyu Tolgoi Project site, in order to celebrate this remarkable event.
Within the framework of this contract, MCE LLC has obliged to provide a 30-member team consisting of engineers, experts and technicians, that would work with Concentrator, Open Pit, Underground, Central Heating Station, and Dump Damn departments of Oyu Tolgoi Project, to provide diagnostics, maintenance and repair services to more than 200 cranes and lifting hoists, such as the overhead cranes, jib cranes, arrowed cranes, truck mounted cranes, and other types of hoists, lifting equipment with baskets, etc.
MCE LLC service team has been first established in July 2004, when the first Liebherr LTM 1060 type 60-ton crane was supplied to Oyu Tolgoi Project. As from that moment on, the team has been a reliable and a proficient partner during Oyu Tolgoi Project construction phase, it has now expanded his activities to provide his excellent services under a long-term contract.
